Women's Advanced Multivitamin contains a nourishing blend of vitamins and minerals delivered with real, whole foods, including oranges and carrots to name a few.
Women's Advanced Multivitamin includes 15 mg of iron per serving to replenish the iron lost during menstruation, a full spectrum of B vitamins (including methylated folate) to support cellular energy production and nervous system health, 20 mcg (800 IU) vitamin D3 to support healthy bones and choline to support a healthy memory and cognitive function. Women's Advanced Multivitamin also contains choline. The metabolites of choline have metabolic and regulatory functions. Choline contributes to normal homocysteine turnover, normal fat turnover and to maintaining normal liver function.
Women's Advanced Multivitamin contains nutrients that contribute to normal collagen formation of the skin. It also contains nutrients which help the immune system to function properly, and which also help to protect the cells against oxidative stress. Women's Advanced Multivitamin contains micronutrients which help the neurological system to function properly and to reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Women's Advanced Multivitamin is made from real whole foods in which cofactors attach to vitamins and vitamins for optimal bioavailability.

Suggested use
2 tablets daily. May be taken anytime throughout the day, even on an empty stomach. The tablet can be crushed or ground and sprinkled on food or into drinks if you find it difficult to swallow.

A well-balanced multiI like the ingredients of this product. The vitamins E, B6 and B12 are of particularly high quality. I notice a difference when I take this multi. I am less tired. Good multivitamin for us women. For me it’s actually enough to take one a day.
