General Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions of purchase may change from time to time, which is why we kindly ask you to read them thoroughly in every instance before placing your order.

When you approve your purchase with us, you must also approve our terms and conditions of purchase. The purchase is completed when you have received the order confirmation, and it is your responsibility to make sure that any information you have submitted to us – name, email address, postal address and telephone number – is correct. You must be 18 years of age (or age 16 with the consent of a guardian), to shop in our online shop.

We ship to all countries that are members of the EU, except Malta. We do not ship to Switzerland. Please note, we do not ship to the Canary Islands nor to non-European overseas territories.

By placing an order, you approve of our terms and conditions and agree to comply with this Agreement in its entirety. The terms and conditions and/or any part of this Agreement that deviate from mandatory law is without effect to the extent that the incident is not in the favour of the customer. This provision applies only if the customer is a private individual and if the purchase relates to private consumption.

Payment

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen 46, SE-111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer invoicing, card payment and Klarna account. 

For payment by card, you can choose whether to pay with a European Visa card or Mastercard. The amount is reserved at the time of purchase, but it is not debited your account until the product has been packed and sent.

The payment will be processed by Klarna, which is a reliable electronic payments partner for Visa and Mastercard. Klarna gives you the same guarantees and peace of mind that you have when you buy something in a physical shop. The payment pages are secured with SSL, and all card details are encrypted.  This means that no one can read your credit card number, name or address when the information is sent over the internet.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the purchase at any time within fourteen (14) days without citing any reason for doing so. The cancellation period begins from the date on which you receive your order. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information about how to return products by ordinary mail. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you notify us that you have decided to withdraw from the purchase before the expiry of the cancellation period. The right of cancellation does not apply if the seal is broken or hygienic articles. The Customer is responsible for returning the product to our warehouse undamaged. Any damaged item is automatically non-refundable. Cost for the return delivery is paid for by the customer. 

Orders that are unclaimed and/or home delivery orders that are automatically returned to us are normally not covered by the right of cancellation.

Freight & Delivery

The normal delivery time is 2–8 workdays. We do not have a minimum order amount. Due to heavy order influx during sales periods and holiday seasons, we reserve the right to prolong the delivery time. We are not responsible for delays by the freight company.

Regarding non-delivered and unclaimed orders with delivery to delivery point and/or home delivery: For delivery to a UPS or DHL access point, your order will be available for ten (10) days before being sent back to our warehouse. Unclaimed orders, home delivery orders that are not delivered due to a lack of information/communication from a customer concerning the delivery date/time will be charged a fee of EUR 19 to cover the cost of return carriage to our premises. Orders that are unclaimed and/or home delivery orders described above that are automatically returned to us are normally not covered by the right of cancellation.

Please note that probiotics from Innate Response and MegaFood are refrigerated products that can withstand transport to your destination without chilled shipping. They are not shipped with refrigeration. However, when you receive your probiotics, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator immediately. If you prefer a probiotic that can handle room temperature, we recommend Flora Plus+ or Flora Basic.

Damage Incurred in Transit 

If the package has been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible. See Customer Service section.

Personal Data

When you register your order, you approve that we save and use your personal data to complete and deliver your order and to provide you with the service and shopping experience you expect.

Prices & Charges 

All prices are in euro (EUR) including VAT according to the current tax rate. VAT is charged at a rate of 6%, 12% or 25% when applicable. The prices do not include freight or payment charges. A campaign applies to the product’s ordinary price and cannot be combined with other campaigns or discounts.

Force Majeure

If Greatlife.eu experiences a force majeure situation, i.e. if we or our business partners are subject to war, warlike incidents, revolution, insurrection, the exercise of authority, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, fire, disruption of transportation, delivery ban or similar incidents, Greatlife.eu has the right to cease to honour its obligations vis-à–vis its customers for up to two (2) months. After this period, both parties have the right to repudiate the contract without being liable in damages.

Customers in the United Kingdom

Important Notice for Customers in the United Kingdom (UK): Please note that when ordering products, additional import charges may apply. As of September 2021, the UK applies a zero customs duty rate for most supplements imported from the EU. However, it is important to note that Value Added Tax (VAT) will still apply and must be paid on all supplement imports, including those from the EU. The current standard VAT rate in the UK is 20%, and it is charged on the value of the goods plus the cost of shipping and any insurance. You will be contacted by Royal Mail or the courier company if you need to pay any VAT. They will send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay.

The courier company normally holds your parcel for about 3 weeks. If you have not paid the bill by then, your parcel will be returned to us, in which case you will need to pay 19,99 GBP in return courier charges as well as all handling charges.
