Relax + Calm Magnesium Soft Chews contains only 3 grams of sugar per serving. One deciliter of ordinary orange juice contains just over 8 grams of sugars. A normal glass of orange juice thus contains 20 grams of sugars, i.e. more than 6 times as much as a serving of Relax + Calm Magnesium Soft Chews.
