The rice is grown in Italy and is very low in antinutrients, free of corn, buckwheat, soy and whole grain rice, ingredients that can cause intestinal problems. Teff is very low in antinutrients but rich in protein and fibers.

Greatlife's organic and gluten-free Rice & Teff Pasta Penne is free of corn, soy, dairy products, brown rice, buckwheat, whole grains, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. The pasta is made in the traditional way with organic gluten-free flour and water. It will not be simpler than that.
