Flora 20-14 is a very high potency probiotic formula for both women and men with 14 unique probiotic acid resistant strains and 20 billion active probiotic bacteria per capsule. It includes strains that have demonstrated excellent adhesion to human epithelial cells. Designed to maintain intestinal health, Flora 20-14 provides strains that are naturally found in the digestive system, and helps to restore and maintain the balance of healthy probiotics. Flora 20-14 is tested free from gluten, dairy products, soy, GMOs, glyphosate, pesticides, herbicides and magnesium stearate.
The strains in this powerful probiotic supplement are well-known and recommended for the entire family, including children from the age of five. These bacteria are part of the normal intestinal flora and are considered good intestinal bacteria. This probiotic supplement contains healthy active bacteria that can be used regularly all year round or periodically when traveling for instance.
Several different probiotic strains
Taking several different probiotic strains is positive because different strains have different properties and thrive in the different acidity environments found in the gastrointestinal tract. The intestinal mucosa is renewed regularly and needs several types of active bacteria.
Probiotics designed to be taken regularly with food
This probiotic is designed to be taken regularly throughout the year. It should be taken with food and stored in the refrigerator.
Probiotics and antibiotics
There are times when antibiotics are necessary. However, antibiotics reduce the overall diversity of the gut microbiota. Antibiotics also disrupt the balance that exists between the various species in the gut flora. In addition, antibiotics cause a decrease in species diversity, which can lead to the overgrowth of pathogenic bacteria and the overgrowth of fungi and Candida.
If antibiotics are needed, the daily dose of the probiotics should be doubled two weeks before starting the antibiotics, during the antibiotics and three to four weeks after the antibiotic treatment is over. Then return to the recommended daily dose.
Probiotics should be taken with food and as far away from the time of day taking the antibiotic. If you take antibiotics three times a day with meals, take probiotics together with an extra snack during the day, spread out as far away from the time of day that the antibiotic is ingested.
There are several high-quality randomized, placebo-controlled studies showing that probiotics reduce the negative side effects as well as infections in the gastrointestinal tract caused by antibiotics. In a study, patients who received antibiotics were also given probiotics or placebo (ineffective placebo capsules). 34% of those who received ineffective placebo capsules experienced antibiotic-related diarrhea while only 12% of those who received probiotics experienced diarrhea. 17% of those who received the ineffective placebo capsules experienced diarrhea from the severe intestinal pathogen Clostridium difficile, while none of those who received probiotics experienced these symptoms.
Start with probiotics a couple of weeks before you start taking antibiotics, during the antibiotic treatment and three to four weeks after the antibiotic treatment is over.
Store in the refrigerator
This probiotics is a refrigerated item that must be placed in a refrigerator as soon as you receive it. However, the active bacteria survives transportation within the EU, even at room temperature.
Please note that this probiotic is a refrigerated product, but it withstands transport to your destination without chilled shipping. It is not shipped with refrigeration. However, when you receive your probiotic, we recommend storing it in the fridge immediately. If you prefer a probiotic that can handle room temperature, we recommend Flora Plus+, which also contains two additional strains, 16 instead of 14.

Suggested use

Best probioticThis may be the best probiotic on the market. I’ve tried several different brands with different strains of bacteria but none work as well as this one. Have ordered 50 billion now to see if it is as good.

My stomach doesn't complain anymore!I have been taking these for a month now and they have worked very well. Took a while to kick in, but they have made all the difference to my stomach. The only thing I could really wish for is that it was possible to buy a 6-month supply. The bottle is so big that there is definitely room for more capsules in it.

This was the solution to my IBSI’ve had IBS for 5 years. I’ve felt hopeless from time to time and have not been able to live a normal life. I’ve been taking these capsules for two months now and haven't felt this good in years. I started with the 7-day regimen after a severe food poisoning and have since continued with Flora 20-14. The only probiotic that really works!I have had severe ibs-d for 25 years and have tried everything imaginable over the years, especially different types of probiotics. Some have given me hives while others have increased my discomfort. Now I have finally found Flora 20-14 and it is the best I have tried! I am going from having nausea, bloating, cramping and diarrhea 2-8 times per day to pretty much all of the discomfort gone. I no longer need loperamide to function. I haven't noticed any side effects either, so I will continue with this probiotic!

Highly recommended!I started with flora 20-14 a month ago and my stomach feels so much better. I have IBS and ulcerative colitis and my stomach is extra sensitive. Flora has helped me a lot. Now that my first bottle of Flora 20-14 has just run out, I've switched to the stronger version.

Fantastic productI have moderate IBS but with this probiotic I am completely symptom-free and I don't have to think as much about which fodmaps "unfriendly" foods I eat. I also notice immediately if I miss a day, then my symptoms get worse again. Definitely a fantastic product that really makes a difference!

A wonderful product!I have had terrible problems with IBS. I have been extremely sick with stomach aches, vomiting, diarrhea, mood and everything horrible you can think of. I have had these problems for 5 years but after I took this probiotic for 1 month, almost all my problems disappeared. Incredibly happy that it exists. Can't believe no doctor has recommended this to me and I’m pissed off that it's not prescribed my doctors.

Major improvementsI’m now in month 3 and I can say that this probiotic has made a difference. I don't feel 100% healthy yet, but I hope that it will get there. It took 3 weeks before I first noticed any difference at all so give it time. After week 3 my diarrhea became so much better. Nothing else I’ve tried (for several years) has come even close to giving the same effect, I’ve not taken loperamide for 2 months and I’ve hardly been bloated in the last 2 months. I fart less although this effect has been least noticeable.

Nothing else works as well! Absolutely amazing!I wrote a review in March 2019 and since then I have to admit that I "cheated" sometimes and tried other, cheaper, probiotics but none have worked as well and effectively for my severe IBS-d as this one. I’ve had the worst flare ups ever for the past week. I bought Flora 20-14 and now, two days later, 75% of the pain is already gone. Pure magic in a bottle and from now on I will stick to this one!

IBS symptoms and abdominal pain is just gone!I’ve always had a sensitive stomach but a few years ago I was diagnosed with severe IBS. I basically couldn't eat anything without getting stomach aches. With the help of these miracle pills, I can eat a relatively varied diet without getting a stomach ache. I still avoid gluten, lactose, strong food and onions. I’m so thankful that I found Greatlife. No other pills have helped me as much as Flora 20-14.

My chronic constipation gone after 2 weeksI’ve had chronic constipation for 1,5 years and tried drinking more water, exercising, excluding gluten, lactose, and tried other brands of probiotics. I went to a dietitian and tried FODMAP for several months without results, and had a colonoscopy. Then the dietitian recommended this brand of probiotics.

Awesome!Great product! I really love it. My problems go away when I take it. I tend to bind a lot of fluid and I normally feel bloated all the time. But this product really helps. It took about 2 weeks before I started to feel a difference. The first weeks were tough. I had terrible diarrhea for a few days, then it went away. I think the body needed to adjust.

Miracle against IBS-DI have suffered from IBS-D for 15 years. I ran to the toilet up to 10 times a day and could not live a normal life. I had many doctor visits without any improvement. I changed my diet, stopped with coffee, ate at set times, no gluten, smaller meals, lactose free, and drank a lot of water.
But no.. small temporary improvements buttThe problems persisted. Then I started with Flora 20-14 and after about 3-4 years there have been impressive improvements! Now after about 6-8 years on Flora 20-14 I go to the toilet 1-2 times a day without diarrhea! I eat a varied diet and treat myself to both coffee and other good things. I have no abdominal pains and my stomach is solid! HOW is this possible?! Why don't the doctors prescribe this? I was really skeptical but what a difference! RECOMMENDED! Symptom-free from bowel diseaseI have ulcerative proctitis and rarely have relapses and when I have had them, medication has helped immediately. But in April I had a relapse and the medicine helped at first but then the relapse came back and my medicine didn't work, despite several different stronger medicines. The doctors thought I should start taking lifelong medications and they told me that I had to live with the symptoms. No way! I tried this probiotics and noticed improvements after 2 days! After a few weeksI was not bleeding anymore! I am now completely symptom-free but not thanks to the medicine that I took for 8 months without improvement.

My acne and my stomach problems disappeared!I’ve had problems with adult acne and I’ve really tried everything! After some time with terrible breakouts and painful abscess I did some research and found your Flora. After a week of taking it, I saw a difference in my skin, and it just got better and better with each day. I was acne free after about 6 weeks! And as a "side effect" my ibs has calmed down and my stomach is fine.

No more balloon bellyI did a "liver cleanse" according to Medical Medium and ordered these probiotics. Two weeks into taking Flora 20-14 I finally feel that my stomach is not constantly tense and bloated.
Now it is calm. I’ve eaten this probiotic before and after medications and it helped at that time too. You cannot compare this to other brands! It costs more but if you have stomach problems, it is worth the money. It is not a miracle cure, and you probably have to find out about what can cause your problems (parasites, candida, etc.) to get completely well. But these help A LOT.Posted on

A fantastic product!I have an inflammatory bowel disease with chronic diarrhoea, bloating, fatigue, nausea, among other things. I took this probiotic for two months and for the first time in years I’ve had normal bowel movements, less bloating and I feel stronger. No side effects either, absolutely magic. When I ran out, I started taking another probiotic I had at home but I didn't notice the same positive effect at all so now I'm going back to Flora 20-14 again.
